How It Works

1. Enable Loyalty tiers: Activate Loyalty tiers in your admin portal. This feature automatically makes Loyalty available for all shoppers, even if it was previously limited to subscribers.

2. Create your tiers: Configure 2-5 tiers (eg. Bronze, Silver, Gold) and personalize their names and colors to match your brand. Determine the point thresholds and set redeemable rewards for each tier.

3. Customers see all rewards and track progress in their account portal: Customers can easily check their tier status and redeem rewards directly in their portal. Shoppers also see rewards for higher tiers that are not available to them
